Support is What the Candidates Need Right Now

With the election only 31 days away, the candidates are campaigning in full force and need support.

One thing that we all know to be true is that all of the candidates vying for office need help. There’s so many different ways to help a candidate that there’s always something you can do that fits your situation. Those without time can donate money, those without money can donate time. Those without a lot of time or money can take a few moments and write an endorsement.

The first thing to do is read the Candidate Profiles and see if they’re who you’d like to support. Each candidate has had the opportunity to create an extended profile and biography to help introduce them. Questions from the public are available to answer by all candidates. Each candidate’s answers are listed in their profile.

Creating an endorsement for candidates that your favour is quick and easy and helps other people choose who to support. While you’re viewing a candidate’s profile, just click the Endorsement button and fill in the form.

Many of the candidates have ways to donate directly to them online. Those with online donation methods have a link right in their profile. Those that don’t have online methods of donating would always welcome some financial assistance to help with their campaign. Send a quick email asking them how to make that donation.

Those that have some extra time can help with other tasks like helping with signs, passing out pamphlets, or any number of tasks that fit your skillset.
