Do you have any sort of plan or interest in developing a plan to address the trains idling for extended periods of time?
I would definitely raise this as an issue to be considered. In my past experience, City Council was successful in Dallas resolving residents' concerns about coal dust emitted from the trains causing damage to houses and properties.
