What is something that costs less than $10 a month that you think the current city council should utilize to improve Kamloops starting today?
I would try and make the $10.00 turn into more. So, if the city put forward $10.00 a month and encourage residents to also donate $10 a month at the end of the year. If every household got involved we would have a good start on the fundraising for the Performing Arts Centre.
