After having lived in more than a few cities, I have found Kamloops lacking in many different areas such as transit, road maintenance, traffic flow, taxis (very big issue!) and pedestrian accessibility. Have you taken into account these issues and what are your solutions be timeline?

Yes. Need 15 minute frequency on the main bus routes. Need infrastructure to divert big rigs. Incentivize people using other modes other than their personal vehicle. More paths even pedestrian bridges. Timeline: Some things can be done immediately. Others will be more long term. Set priorities work within the realities of the budget.
